Terms & Conditions – 5777sx User Agreement

By accessing, registering with, or using any service offered on the 5777sx platform (accessible at 5777sx.net), you ("the User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"), as well as the 5777sx Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the 5777sx platform, create an account, or place any bets or wagers. Your continued use of 5777sx following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Use of the 5777sx platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are acting as a private individual in your own capacity and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purposes of placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, consultant, agent, director, or officer of 5777sx, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You have verified, to the best of your knowledge, that your participation in online gaming through 5777sx is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

5777sx reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 5777sx will suspend the account and withhold any funds deposited by a user subsequently found to be under 18 years of age, pending resolution in accordance with applicable laws.

To access the betting and casino services on 5777sx, users must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.1 One Account per User

Each individual may register only one (1) 5777sx account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 5777sx may merge duplicate accounts, confiscate balances, or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5777sx login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. 5777sx accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Any unauthorised access should be reported to 5777sx support immediately.

You may be required to provide identity documents — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, utility bill, or bank statement — before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed, or at any time 5777sx deems verification necessary.

All financial transactions on 5777sx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By depositing funds into your 5777sx account, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment method registered in your own name and that such funds are not derived from any illegal activity.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• JazzCash: Minimum deposit Rs 500, maximum Rs 100,000 per transaction. Instant processing.
• Easypaisa: Minimum deposit Rs 500, maximum Rs 100,000 per transaction. Instant processing.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah): Minimum Rs 2,000, maximum Rs 500,000. Processing time 1–3 hours.
• USDT TRC20: Minimum equivalent of approximately Rs 2,780 (USD 10). Subject to blockchain confirmation times.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification and active account standing. Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed on a same-day basis. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 5777sx reserves the right to delay withdrawals for additional security review where unusual account activity is detected.

4.3 Refund Policy

Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn subject to the applicable verification requirements. 5777sx does not offer refunds on settled bets or completed gaming rounds except where a demonstrable technical error on the part of the platform has affected the outcome.

All sports betting, casino, and gaming activities conducted through 5777sx are subject to the specific rules published for each product category. These product-level rules supplement — and do not replace — this general Agreement.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

5777sx reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the platform suspects a bet is placed in bad faith, exploits a pricing error, or is placed in violation of these Terms. Bets accepted in error due to a system fault or manifest pricing error may be voided by 5777sx without liability.

5.2 Results & Dispute Resolution

The results of all sporting events and casino games are determined by 5777sx using certified data sources and certified Random Number Generators (for RNG games) respectively. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the decision of 5777sx is final, subject to escalation through the platform's formal complaints procedure.

5.3 System Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a bet or gaming session, 5777sx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. 5777sx is not liable for any losses arising from third-party system outages beyond its reasonable control.

From time to time, 5777sx may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback arrangements, or other promotional offers to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they are awarded.
• Multiple accounts created to claim promotional offers will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
• 5777sx reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or add promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5777sx platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence-assisted betting tools without the express written consent of 5777sx.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any deliberate manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting strategies conducted in a systematic manner that 5777sx determines constitutes abuse of its odds or bonus structures.
• Using the 5777sx platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing 5777sx services from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law, using VPN or proxy technology to circumvent geo-restrictions.

5777sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal by a user's payment provider.
• Regulatory instruction from a competent authority requiring account closure.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 5777sx may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where a user closes their own account voluntarily, any remaining balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned via the user's registered payment method following KYC completion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5777sx and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however arising.

The 5777sx platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5777sx does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of 5777sx is at your own risk. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, 5777sx's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits 5777sx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5777sx reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 5777sx will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via your registered email address or a notification within the platform. Continued use of 5777sx following the posting of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 5777sx is licensed and operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 5777sx complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
